My Story
Hi! I'm Natalie, and I founded Sunday Sip as a safe space to support women with chronic health conditions, inspired by weekends at my Gran's.
I have a lot of personal experience navigating the health system. I was diagnosed with PCOS in my 20s, but continued to struggle with severe symptoms for more than a decade before finally receiving diagnoses: Endometriosis, Fibroids, Adenomyosis and an Ovarian Cyst. Alongside the physical challenges, my fertility journey has been one of the hardest parts of living with these conditions.
After years of feeling unheard and alone, I turned to social media to share my experiences and this evolved into events, where Sunday Sip made its name. My work has led to speaking on BBC and Sky News, to being featured in Stylist, Boots, Mail Online, Voice Online and many other publications. I’ve also been part of APPG discussions on Endometriosis and collaborated on award-winning campaigns with various other women’s health organisations.
Through every challenge, by sharing my experience, I hope to make people feel seen, supported, and less alone.
